I am 19 years old and a proud member of the indigenous people group called the Wayuu, located in the northeastern part of Colombia. I am a great admirer of people who serve their community and their people. At home in Colombia I lead a group of young adults and it is our ultimate goal to be a presence of love and support for at-risk children while also instilling a sense of hopeful purpose.  It is an honor to be part of this program and I look forward to soaking up every moment as an opportunity to learn something new.
